Toowoomba, March 6, 2024 – Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) is reminding residents that the deadline for availing of the 10 percent discount on the current general rates notice is today.
Ann-Marie Johnston, Finance and Business Strategy General Manager highlighted the council’s commitment to easing financial burdens for residents.
She emphasised that those who settle their general rates on or before March 6 will enjoy the 10 percent discount.
The Council has a dedicated team ready to assist those encountering difficulties in meeting their rate payments.
Ratepayers are encouraged to contact 131 872 to speak with a team member and explore available options.
