Redland City Council has chosen Consolidated Properties Group (CPG) as the preferred partner for the Weinam Creek Priority Development Area (PDA).

CPG secured the contract for the multi-storey car park and retail precinct, a crucial component of the approved 2022 master plan.
The Council recognised from the outset that realising the community precinct vision would need engaging in public-private partnerships to secure funding for the project, thereby mitigating the financial burden to ratepayers.
The development aims to create a vibrant community destination and serve as a key transport hub for the Southern Moreton Bay Islands, with a focus on public-private partnerships to minimise costs for ratepayers.
