Highfields, Toowoomba, March 2 – Toowoomba Regional Council urges Highfields residents to plan their trips around as utility works will commence on Monday, March 4, 2024, at the Kratzke Road and Highfields Road intersection.
Infrastructure Services General Manager Mike Brady assures that preparatory measures, including a temporary road connecting Highfields Road and O’Brien Road, will maintain access for businesses and community services during upgrades.
The forthcoming upgrades aim to enhance the functionality and safety of the Kratzke Road and Highfields Road intersection, prompting the call for residents to plan their trips accordingly.
The council is fully committed to minimise disruptions for residents.
The council also said that work is in progress with the second phase of the Kuhls Road Rehabilitation project.
